Educational Research.com
Although this site is partially under construction, the author's research interests seem to reflect some of the area I which to pursue for study - ethical equity in schools. Carolyn Shields, professor of Educational Studies at UBC is the author. Some of the listed publications would be of benefit to search out.

This is one issue of the Journal of American Indian Education that had articles related to gifted education. These were appropriate and interesting in relation to our paper.
