Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami

Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami (2006, October 11). Retrieved October 11, 2006, from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inuit.

This is the official website for the National Inuit Organization in Canada. The website provides good background information about the Inuit history, cultural origins, and land claims affecting Inuit of Canada today; however, it doesn’t provide much information about other relevant topics on the website such as Communications, Environment, and Health. The link to publications was also a huge disappointment as there were only a few documents contained on the National Inuit Organization of Canada’s official website, most of which were annual reports dating back to 1999.

Even though this website is current, and well organized, the information found on the website could be easily found, in more detail, on other websites.
