I cribbed that motto from Errol Morris. But it's as close to being an expression of my philosophy as anything else I've seen. I have a natural inclination toward tools and approaches that are easy to use, inexpensive (or better yet, free), and that allow individual users as much autonomy within their online experiences as possible.
